The IDEAS page is all about putting up design and other general ideas. These may include part circuits or drawings of things that we have thought other people may be interested in. In general don't expect a complete package, as this page is only ment to give you some ideas on what we have done. So you can further your own experimentation.

LINKS - Other WEB sites

The LINKS page is some of the URL's that AREG members have found useful over the years. We will try to keep them upto date. However with limited time and resources, it is hard to ensure all the link listed on the page work all the time.

MODS - Radio and Other modifications

The MODS page is about providing more information on radios that AREG Members have used and played with over the years.

Some of this information will be simply how to get the radio tuned up. Where as other pages may detail how to modify the radio to be used as a voice or data repeater. As AREG members get more time to document the work they have done over the years, we will hopefully provide more content to these pages.

NASA Audio

During the last Space Shuttle flight AREG relayed on VK5RSB 70cm repeater Audio from NASA TV. It was listened to by a large number of people. AREG members have appricated the thanks we have received for doing this. We hope to be able to do it again soon. For more information on the NASA Space program please see their web site.

RADHAZ

The awarness of Electro Magnetic Energy in relation to safely operation radio equipment is something that all Amateur Radio Operators when using their radio equipment have to consider now days. AREG hope to provide some information on what is happening in this area, along with links to web sites where you can find out more.
